Everything we do at Fresh Start Church/PAUMC has this mission in mind:
LOVE GOD
In Matthew 22, Jesus was asked, which is the GREATEST commandment. His reply was “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.”
At Fresh Start Church our first ministry purpose is to LOVE GOD … to spend time with Him in prayer, to learn more about Him by reading our bible, and to grow deeper in our faith as we experience His presence in worship.
Our weekend services are the primary place where we LOVE GOD, together. No matter which campus you’re joining us at, we hope that you feel the nearness of God in that place.
LOVE PEOPLE
In Matthew 22, Jesus continued by saying “And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.'”
At Fresh Start Church our second ministry purpose is to LOVE PEOPLE. We create experiences and opportunities for people to express their love for God by showing that love to others.
SERVE THE WORLD
In Matthew 28, the Great Commission, teaches us to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything that I’ve commanded you.”
At Fresh Start Church our third ministry purpose is to SERVE THE WORLD. As we serve other people, in our communities, across the country or around the world – we as the Fresh Start Church Family do so in Jesus’ name.
To bring Jesus to our world, we need to be Jesus to our world.
